SMALL WHOLESALER
Minimum Order Quantity of 15 Pairs per order (Maximum of 2 Styles) with a 30% Discount off of MSRP. Valid up to 29 Pairs per order.
MID LEVEL WHOLESALER
Minimum Order Quantity of 30 Pairs per order (Maximum of 3 Styles) with a 40% Discount off of MSRP. Valid up to 44 Pairs per order.
LARGE WHOLESALER
Minimum Order Quantity of 45 Pairs per order with a 50% Discount off of MSRP. Maximum Style Count depends on quantity ordered.

What is the Turnaround Time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the size of the order and quantity of wholesale orders in the queue. Before placing an order, we will provide you with current turnaround time based on the order quantity requested. Turnaround time quotes will be valid for 48 hours from inquiry. Rush orders available for additional cost. Typical turnaround times average 3-4 weeks.
Can I use Product images found on your website?
Brooklyn + Fifth will make available images that you might require for your print or online presence. Any images you provide yourself must be approved prior to use.
What is the ordering process?
Please reach out to us at Info@BrooklynandFifth.com for current order form. Once we receive your order we will respond within 48 hours with a total quote including shipping and turnaround times. Once accepted we will submit an invoice. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due upfront before we accept your order. The remaining 50% plus shipping costs will be due within 48 hours of order completion. Orders will not be shipped until balance is paid in full. If balance is not paid, purchaser forfeits their deposit.
Can I sell on Amazon or Etsy or similar sites?
No products purchased or produced by Brooklyn + Fifth LLC may be resold through any online auction or marketplace (including but not limited to Etsy, Amazon and Ebay.)
Can I sell the products at whatever price I would like?
All Brooklyn + Fifth products have a suggested retail price (MSRP) Retailers retain the right to charge above the MSRP, however they may not charge less than the MSRP. In the event that the wholesale account chooses to hold a sale, they may not discount products more than 25% below the MSRP without the approval of Brooklyn + Fifth.
What about returns?
All merchandise should be carefully inspected immediately upon delivery. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Brooklyn + Fifth must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Brooklyn + Fifth will replace any defective merchandise. All defective product must be returned to Brooklyn + Fifth. Outside of the 48 hours, Brooklyn + Fifth will not buy back, exchange or replace any product sold at wholesale cost.
