How does the Subscription Box work?
We offer a Monthly Subscription Box for some of your favorite Brooklyn + Fifth gear! These are available in quantities of 1, 2 or 3 products a month starting at only $21.95, $41.95 and $61.95 per month. Once you sign up, we'll ask you a few questions and have you select your product(s). Product selections vary by season and currently include our lineup of City + Comfort Joggers and Cardi Jackets. Our 2-3 a Month packages also include our Streetwear Sets. Every month thereafter you will receive an email from us reminding you to pick your current months selections within a 5 days. In that 5 day period, you have 4 options:
1. You can select the product(s) you want in the upcoming shipment and we will send them to you.
2. You can select only a portion of the styles you want for that month and we'll surprise you on any remaining choices.
3. You can pause or cancel your shipment (must be done BEFORE the 15th of each month. Boxes can only be paused or cancelled after the initial 3 months or on No Commitment Plans)
4. You can do nothing and we will select your product(s) for you.
Do I get to pick what styles I receive?
Absolutely! When you sign up, you will pick your first product(s) immediately! After that we will send you an email with a 5 day window to pick your next Box's styles! You also have the option of not selecting and we'll surprise you!
Can I change my picks after I've selected them or received them?
Unfortunately once you've selected your styles we cannot change them. Additionally, once you have received your pairs we cannot offer exchanges.
Can I change the size we receive at any time?
Yes. However, any changes made AFTER the 15th will not take affect until the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
We offer both 3 Month Commitment and No Commitment Plans. To take advantage of the BEST pricing we recommend the 3 Month Commitment Plans. Once you get past your initial 3 months you can cancel anytime or leave your Box going and continue to take advantage of the deal! Our No Commitment Plans can be cancelled or paused anytime in your customer dashboard. Please note, all cancellations must take place BEFORE the 15th of the month to take affect that month.
When will I be charged?
Your first Box will be charged immediately. Every Box thereafter will be charged on the 15th of the month. If you order after the cutoff date (15th) you will be charged immediately for your first box, and will not incur another charge until the month after the next month. For example, if you order on October 21st, your first box will be charged October 21st, shipped November 28th and your next charge will be December 15th. If you order before the cutoff, you will receive a Box that month and be charged the 15th of the following month. Example, if you order October 14th, your first Box will be charged the 14th and your first Box will ship October 28th and your next charge will be November 15th for a Box shipping November 28th.
When will my Box ship?
Boxes will always ship on the 28th (or next Business Day after the 28th.) The cutoff date to receive a Box the same month is the 15th. Any orders after the 15th will not receive a Box until the following month. Please see prior question for specific examples.
What happens if there is a issue with my credit card?
You will be notified by email if there is an issue with your credit card on file. You will then be able to login and fix any errors so that you can receive your next Box.
How do I update my information?
To update any information such as address or credit card details, simply log in to your account. Login area can be found here.
Can I return items from my Subscription Box?
At this time we do not allow returns or exchanges on Subscription Box products.
Will there be new products added monthly to the list of choices?
We are always adding new styles to both our Subscription Box and website! One of the benefits of being a Subscription Box Member is that you will often have first opportunities to see and select BRAND NEW styles!
Can I earn Loyalty Points on my Subscription Box?
Unfortunately our Subscription Box orders are not eligible to earn Loyalty Member Points. You will still be able to earn Loyalty Points for any website purchases, including those made with special 'Members Only' website deals!

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member and purchase a Subscription from our Site.. You have to live in the U.S. Sorry, we don't ship outside the United States, but check back often because things change! By using this Site, enrolling as a member of our Subscription program, and/or purchasing items through the program, you are agreeing to these terms (including automatic renewal of your subscription). Please review the terms in here so you can understand your options and obligations.
By purchasing a Brooklyn + Fifth Monthly Subscription Box you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription Fee at the then current Monthly Subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel anytime after the initial 3 months on 3 Month Plans, subject to terms of our cancellation policy. Our No Commitment Plans may be cancelled at any time. By purchasing a Brooklyn + Fifth Monthly Subscription Box (excluding No Commitment Plans) you are agreeing to a commitment period of no less than 3 months. Any cancellations that occur AFTER the 14th of each month will not take affect until the following month. Cancellations can be completed on your customer login dashboard found here.
How To Subscribe:
To become a Brooklyn+Fifth Subscription Box member, simply click any of the "Subscription" buttons located throughout the Site. You will be asked to submit your name and email address, provide your corresponding billing and shipping information, and answer a few brief questions. You will be charged immediately for your first Box. The cutoff date to receive a Box that month is the 15th. Any Subscriptions that are purchased after the 15th will receive their Box the following month. Boxes ship on the 28th (or next Business Day) every month. Please note by signing up for our Subscription Box you are agreeing to allow us to contact you via email regarding promotions, product selections and other information regarding your Subscription Box.
Your Subscription Renews Automatically
Unless you notify us before the 15th of the month by logging on and selecting Cancel or Pause on your shipment, your membership will automatically renew on the 15th of every month.. As a member, you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to charge the price of one product shipment as identified by you when you created your subscription, plus applicable taxes, using the debit/credit card we have on file for you. From time to time, we may change the price associated with certain subscriptions during the term of your membership. If that happens, we will notify you in advance, using the email address you provided us.
We ship using USPS. We will send you an email when the subscription has shipped. Shipping occurs on the 28th of each month (or next Business Day thereafter.) If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. In the event your Box is lost by the mail carrier, please notify us. We will then work the Post Office to locate your missing package for a maximum of 7 Business Days from notification of lost mail. If your package cannot be located within the 7 Business Days we will reship your package. Packages are not considered lost once they are marked as delivered by the Postal Carrier.
Payment Options and Obligations
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card you provide will be used for all future purchases and charges, including your subscription renewals. Please keep a valid credit/debit card on file at all times, and do let us know if your personal information changes, such as your billing or shipping address. You agree that we may update your information with information your bank or credit card issuer may supply.If we cannot process a charge to your card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then the system will pause your subscription for that month and you will receive an email notifying you to update your credit card in your account. Once your credit card information is updated, your subscription will resume the following month. We are not responsible for any fees or changes that your bank or credit/debit card issuer may apply.If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your subscription and suspend fulfillment of your subscription until payment is provided. Alternatively, we may also seek payment by another method through a mailed statement.
No Returns: You may not return any products you receive. If you have concerns about the Subscription Box you have received or any of the products in it, please email Info@BrooklynandFifth.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.
